At GamerHillz, we want you to love your gear. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-refundable:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used headphones, microphones, or hygiene-sensitive items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@gamerhillz.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee receipt of returned items.

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • A photo (if damaged/defective)
